Special Dietary Needs
-
Special diets are provided to students with a documented disability or a medical condition requiring dietary restrictions.
Before a special diet can begin, a licensed physician (M.D., ARNP, O.D. or PA) must complete a Medical Statement for Students Requiring Special Meals. Submit the completed form to Nutrition Services for dietitian approval. It may take up to five days for the dietitian to process and begin a student's special diet.
Families must submit a new physician-signed Medical Statement for Students Requiring Special Meals for any changes once the original diet is approved.
Schools do not make changes to meals based only on food preferences. Most food preferences can be satisfied by making choices that are already on the serving line.

Allergen List
-
The allergen information document shows our current menu items and any main allergens according to the ingredient statements. These allergens include peanuts, milk, wheat/gluten, egg, fish, shellfish, MSG and soy. For a specific listing for our products, please refer to ingredient listings on our online menus.
A number of the items are produced in our kitchens. Although a certain ingredient may not appear in the recipe, that ingredient or allergen may be present in our facility. Also, because we purchase products from manufacturers, we cannot guarantee the food products are free of traces of a particular food ingredient at any time.
Throughout the year, we may be adding new products to our menu. The product list will be updated periodically. Additionally, because of supply chain interruptions, substitutions are sometimes necessary.
