  • Help desk worker.Information Management Services (IMS) supports student learning and organizational efficiencies through technology support, training and implementation. This includes key functions such as application and user support, technology standards, developing appropriate policies and procedures, managing the network and maintaining various district software systems. In addition, our team helps to support the training of district staff on new technology applications, and systems. 

    The Help Desk is here to help staff with technology concerns. The Help Desk can be reached from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at (531) 299-0300. In addition, you can send an email to the Help Desk at HelpDeskRequests@ops.org. The email automatically generates a Help Desk ticket.
