    1. Increase CTSO participation to 10% of total enrollment in each pathway.
    2. Increase WPL exposures by 10% Guest Speakers | Job Shadows/Sims | Field Trips | Internships/Placement
    3. Increase total # Industry Certifications earned in 24-25 by 10%.

    Staff Goal: Implement New Inclusive PD Plan to increase student engagement literacy.

    1. CANVAS (All Classes have Classroom CANVAS & Staff PD to facilitate it)
    2. Literacy Engagement Strategies – PD on CCL Learning Framework & Teachers implement Individual Top 5 in classroom/lab
    3. Differentiated Staff Meeting Structure (In-Person & Virtual (CANVAS) with Teacher-led PD (15 min, 1
      per year)
    4. Implement Sense of Belonging Activity (1 per semester)

    Ethic of Care Goal: Demonstrate First Class CRM with Parent Engagement.

    1. Positive phone calls home to 100% students
    2. Email event notifications & quarterly pathway updates to parents/guardians
    3. Teacher led Social Media awareness (1 post per pathway per quarter)

    Attendance Goal: Reduce Chronic Absenteeism.

    1. Attendance – 80% students in class daily (Relevant Instr., Incentives, + greetings at door, engaging with families.
    2. Punctuality – 80% students on time and in class daily
    3. Parent contact for attendance concerns (after 3 consecutive and/or 9 total sem)
