Learning to play an instrument is a rewarding experience that often has a lasting effect on students long after they graduate... to that end, the instrumental music courses at Northwest are designed to include ALL students, regardless of their musical background or experience. Whether a student is already a dedicated, skilled musician who wants to learn more advanced concepts about music theory or Jazz, or if a student has never played an instrument before and is eager to learn the basics, there is an instrumental music course for you at Northwest that will not only help you improve as an instrumental musician but also provide the background and performance experiences necessary for you to become an educated life-long music maker and consumer.
