Omaha Public Schools is pleased to recognize the following staff and students for their academic, extracurricular and professional achievements:

• Bryan High and Marrs Middle students for winning first place in the Senior and Junior Divisions of the 24th Annual African American History Challenge.
• Burke High Boys' bowling team for winning their first-ever METRO Conference Bowling Championship.
• Bryan High Boys' wrestling team for qualifying for the Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) State Team Dual Championships.
• All Omaha Public Schools students who were selected to participate in the 74th Annual All-City Music Festival.
• The Burke Westview Dance Team for placing ninth in the nation in Medium Varsity Hip Hop at the UDA National Dance Team Championships.
• Chris Humphries, business partner liaison, for being honored as one of this year’s Ten Outstanding Young Omahans from The Omaha Jaycees.
