Advanced Placement
-
The College Board’s Advanced Placement Program® provides students the opportunity to experience college-level work while still in high school. Students who participate in AP courses not only gain college-level skills, but in many cases, they earn college credit while they are still in high school. Dedicated and enthusiastic high school teachers, following course guidelines developed and published by the College Board, teach AP courses. Bryan High provides these opportunities to all students who want to experience an AP course, and our program is made up of many members of our diverse student body. In participating in the AP Program, Bryan High School students commit to the rigor and challenge of college-level courses. In all of our AP courses, students have the opportunity to earn college credit and/or advanced placement through examinations in the Spring.
