Title 1 Program
-
The goal of the Title 1 program is to help ensure that all children meet challenging state academic standards. As a Title 1 school, Beveridge Magnet Middle receives federal funding which provides additional support for core instruction in reading, math, and science for students. This funding allows our school to provide supplemental instructional activities, classroom materials, staff professional development, and parent engagement resources.
The Beveridge staff is committed to partnering with parents and community members. As a part of our commitment, Beveridge staff hosts an Annual Title 1 Parent Meeting. The meeting is a dialogue between staff, parents, and community members to discuss funding priorities, student performance, and gather parent input.
Beveridge staff views parent engagement as a key component to every student's success. The School-Parent Compact outlines our commitment to working with parents to ensure the academic success of every student we serve. Please take the opportunity to review these documents in our Title 1 Resources section.
If you have any questions about the Title 1 program, please feel free to contact Tiffany Molina, principal, for more information.
