    ​Math We will increase the percent of students who are identified as “On-Track” or “College and Career Ready” by 4.1%. Spring 2019 rate 59.3%; Goal rate for Spring 2020 63.4% 1.  Engage in high quality tasks that promote reasoning, sense making, and support productive struggle.  2.  Provide opportunities for students to engage in discourse and make connections between ideas and representations.  3.  Utilize the common assessments along with NSCAS, MAP and formative/summative assessments.
     Reading/ELA We will increase the percent of students who are identified as “On-Track” or “College and Career Ready” by 4.1%. Spring 2019 rate 59.3%; Goal rate for Spring 2020 63.4%. 1.  Use core resources to plan and deliver instruction based on state standards.  2.  Provide daily guided reading instruction.  3.  Provide daily literacy opportunities that build rigor.  4.  Provide instructional support to students needing additional assistance with reading to meet the Reading Improvement Act requirements.
     Science We will increase the percent of students identified as “At” or “Above” the grade level norm by 4.1%.  Spring 2019 rate 59.3%; Goal rate for Spring 2020 63.4% 1.  Provide opportunities for students to engage in the Science and Engineering Practices to demonstrate understanding of the Disciplinary Core Ideas and Crosscutting Concepts.  2.  Students will utilize interactive notebooks to demonstrate science learning.
