PRINCIPAL

Being a Fontenelle Falcon truly feels like coming home. I was raised in the Fontenelle community and began my teaching career here 15 years ago as a 6th-grade teacher. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching science at Monroe Middle School, where many of our Fontenelle students go for their middle school education. Before returning to Fontenelle as the Dean of Culture, I also served as the Dean of Students at Monroe.
Throughout my 15-year journey in education, I’ve had the honor of building strong relationships with families within this community. Serving this community is not just my job, but my passion. I proudly live near North Omaha, and you might often see me out and about in the community. I believe it's important to be actively involved in the community I serve. It’s incredibly fulfilling to give back by helping educate the next generation of leaders in the very community where I was raised.
As Whitney Houston beautifully said, “Children are our future. Teach them well and let them lead the way. Show them all the beauty they possess inside.” This quote resonates deeply with me—not only because it’s one of my favorite songs, but because I truly believe in its message. Every child possesses unique beauty and potential. As the Principal of Fontenelle Elementary, I am committed to supporting our students in discovering their gifts, so they can lead with confidence and make a positive impact on the world.

ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

I am thrilled to begin my first year as the assistant principal at Fontenelle Elementary School. With a decade of experience in education, including nine years within the Omaha Public Schools, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to this role. Having spent seven years teaching physical education, followed by two years as an instructional facilitator, and one year as an Assistant Principal, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. My mission is to empower students to discover their passions, learn effectively, and grow into kind and successful individuals.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and dog, watching sports, and playing golf. I look forward to making a positive impact at Fontenelle Elementary and supporting the growth of every student.
