Accessing Parent Portal

Thank you for signing up for the parent portal. You will be able to access your students' grades and pay for the optional insurance here. Below are steps to set up your parent portal online. If you do not have your code to access the parent portal, please call the main office at 531-299-1480.

1. Download the Campus Parent app or visit online at


Enter District Name: Omaha Public Schools

State: Nebraska


2. You will see a page like below, click on new user.

3. Enter your activation key that was given to you on bright pink paper. If you don't have a code, please contact the office.


4. Create a username and password for your account


5. Log back into parent infinite campus with the username and password you just created.


6. Type in an email for security purposes and use your campus password, then click save.


7. You are now in the parent portal. Click on the three lines in the upper left corner.


8. On the left side click on fees


9. On the Bottom click on optional payment and add device protection to your cart.

10. Add payment method and fill out, then click save.

11. Submit payment. If you have multiple students, you can add them all to your cart at one time to complete one transaction.
