Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten Enrollment

In order to be eligible for Kindergarten, your child must turn 5 years old on or before July 31, 2023. Enrollments will be completed online. Students must reside in the Omaha Public Schools attendance area. If you have any questions or need assistance with your registration, please call 531-299-0302 or email studentplacement@ops.org.
Online Enrollment
Students who are first in their family to attend Omaha Public Schools can submit an application for online enrollment.
Families who have an older sibling who has attended Omaha Public Schools can submit an application through the Parent Portal.
School Choice
All students are placed into their home attendance school. This is the only enrollment we can offer at this time. You can find that school by reviewing the Find My School tool and entering your address.
