It is time to start thinking about sports physicals for the 2024 - 2025 year. Every student who intends to participate in athletics needs to have a current sports physical. The attached packet is the documentation that you need to turn in for sports physicals. Students also need to fill out a blue contract sheet and that can be found in the back office with Ms. Dora. 

PHYSICAL EXAMS MUST BE COMPLETED AFTER:
    - MARCH 1 FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL BE IN 7TH GRADE IN 2024-25
    - MAY 1 FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL BE IN 8TH GRADE IN 2024-25

**Attention 7th Grade families - The full physical that your student must have is different from the sports physical. Your 7th grade will have to have a full physical and a sports physical at the start of the 24-25 school year.
