A group of 6th graders entered the National History Day competition for Omaha on Friday, February 25th. A team of 6th grade boys completed an exhibit project on the Franco-Russian Relations: From Tilsit-to-War Exhibit. Another team of twin sisters entered the competition with a documentary on Agreements of the Yalta Conference. Buffett's final contestant went solo with an entry on the Indian Removal Act of 1830: The Truth Behind the Trail of Tears. Two of the groups found out they are advancing onto the State competiton later this month.
