Important Graduation Ceremony Information

Baxter Arena Guidelines
 
Livestream for the graduation ceremony on Thursday, May 22nd at 2:00pm.
 
Parking
Families can park for free at Baxter Arena in lots 20, 24, 26 and 27.
This year, Baxter Arena started reserving three lots (21, 22 and 25) for paid parking at all events. Optional parking passes are $10 per vehicle and purchased in advance.
  • Parking passes are specific to each event, so be sure to purchase the right school’s ceremony.
  • Passes can also be purchased at the Baxter Arena Box Office, noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Passes are not available for purchase at school.
This is a ticket sold by Baxter Arena, generating revenue for the arena. It is not sold or endorsed by Omaha Public Schools.
Baxter Arena will offer ADA-accessible parking.
Families do not have to purchase parking if they do not wish to.

Baxter Arena Policies
Baxter Arena has several policies and procedures to be aware of.
  • Arriving Early: Guests will be required to pass through a security screening.
  • Clear Bags: Only clear bags and small, clutch-sized purses are allowed.
  • Prohibited Items: Weapons, objects resembling weapons, noise makers, helium balloons and glass vases are not allowed inside Baxter Arena.
  • Food and Beverage: No outside food or beverages are allowed. Empty bottles can be brought inside and filled at drinking fountains. Concession stands are cashless.
  • Special Accommodations: For special accommodations including ADA seating, please contact Baxter Arena.
