English Language Proficiency Assessment
The English Language Proficiency Assessment for the 21st Century (ELPA21) summative is the state-wide English Language Proficiency Assessment that all K-12 English learners (ELs) take each spring. The test has four parts: reading, writing, speaking and listening. The English Language Proficiency Assessment for the 21st Century measures how English learners are progressing through their K–12 education.
