1040 - Annual Report

The Omaha Public Schools shall prepare and distribute to the residents of Omaha Public Schools an annual report that provides information regarding student performance, District demographics and the financial status of the District. The annual report must meet all requirements of Nebraska Department of Education Rule 10. In the reporting of student performance, steps will be taken to ensure the confidentiality of the performance of individual students.
