Chorus is a special singing ensemble offered to all 5th Graders. All students must audition and have parent permission to participate in Chorus. The Chorus curriculum combines all music concepts taught in the general music classes and puts them into practice. Students learn the basics of reading choral octavos using the skills from general music. Chorus meets for fifty minutes once every five school days. Students enrolled in Chorus will be provided with all learning materials. They will perform twice each school year, including during the annual Winter Programs.
