Since the TIMs group is a voluntary group, with little to gain by being in the group other than the satisfaction of helping others, do you have any suggestions that might make the experience more worthwhile? You may not recall, but if you wish to offer a training session after school hours in your building, you can be paid a stipend of $24.50 per hour and those attending can receive $12.50 per hour. Something to keep in mind. We would like to see a great deal more training sessions in our OPS schools than are now available.

Other suggestions are welcome right here in the forum. In the meantime, I hope the rest of the year goes well for you and you look forward to a nice break this summer.
