Hey all . . . I'm trying to Skype with a colleague in Millard and she either can hear me, but not see an image, or see me, but not hear. Is this a common problem with some machines? Is there something we're forgetting to do? My Mac seems to work great, she's using a webcam. Any ideas would be welcomed!

Does she get a "New hardware found" message when she plugs in the webcam? That's where she probably needs to start. Could be internal settings. Probably something fairly easy.
