Windows Resizer

(Click on ImageResizer for Windows download)

The ImageResizer actually installs as a part of windows, so all you need  to do is right-click on the picture, and the sub-menu comes up.  Select Resize Picture, and follow the on-screen instructions. 640x480 should be fine. It's pretty straightforward.

MAC Resizing in iPhoto
  1. Open iPhoto (Mac), and select the picture or album that you want to add to your web pages.
  2. Go to File and click Export
  3. The Export Photos window will open.
  4. Change your image size to 640 x 480.
  5. Click Export
  6. Save on your desktop until you open your webpage to upload into your file.

    RapidoResizer
    (Mac program for resizing photos.)
