Monday 11/16 & Tuesday 11/17

 

 Language Arts- Day one-District writing assessment. Begin Parrot in the Ocean. 

Social Studies- Warm-ups. Complete Novel CRT.  Read/Discuss p. 334-337-notes/vocabulary. 

 

Science-We are doing our CRT Lab.  Parents- please remind your students to check in my white binder for any missing work. *I still have students missing safety contracts-can't do labs without it* 

 

Math-Pre-Algebra:  2-step inequalities/equations-CRT

Algebra: Review slope-intercept form, point-slope form and standard form CRT. 

 

Literature-Read Heat  p. 64-86 and answer study guide questions. Homework-read your books for at least 30 min. a night and prepare project due 11/20.

 SIMPLY THE B.E.S.T.! 

Team 8B students have the opportunity to earn recognition as students of the quarter, known as the B.E.S.T. Students.   The students who have shown excellent behavior, put forth their best effort, completed school work, and managed their time well, will be enjoying Breakfast with the BEST!

Also, students who have excelled in a particular team class will be recognized with the BOOSTER award.   The teachers will recognize  these students during a team assembly.
