Parent and Student Expectations
Minimize
  • Students who come late to the after school program must have a pass or they will not be allowed to sign into the after school program.  They will need to immediately leave the school or contact a parent/guardian to pick them up.
  • A student who registers for a club may not change to a different club after the session begins due to limited space in activities.  Once a student is in a club, he/she must attend that club until the end of the session.  Expectations will be made on a basis of necessity, with proper approval and parental communication.
  • Some clubs stipulate that attendance is required multiple days.
  • Students who register for a club are expected to be there every day the club runs.  Attendance will be taken and parents/guardians may be notified if a student does not show up for a club they are registered for.  It is up to the student/family to notify the Site Director if he/she will be absent.  Students who have two unexcused absences from a club will be removed from that club.
  • If a student chooses to leave a club for the day more than three times through the quarter, the student will be permanently removed from the club and will not be able to register for a different club until there is a parental communication about it.
  • Dismissal takes place at 6:00pm.  All walk home students will be dismissed from the front door.
  • Designated pick up times are either 4:00-4:30pm during snack time or 5:30-6:00pm at the end of the program.  This is in order for your student to gain the most out of the after school program.
  • There will be a late bus provided at 5:00pm for students who qualify for transportation.

If you have any questions regarding these expectations, please contact the Site Director at 402-557-4700 ext. 4730
