The Rotary Honor Roll has been around since 1927. The main objective is to recognize and honor outstanding achievement on the part of eighth graders. Teachers and administrators select students towards the end of the school year for the honor roll.  Selection is based on leadership, character, scholarship and presence. Their names will be permanently displayed on the Honor Roll plaque displayed at the school. 

The Rotary Honor Roll may help students to secure college scholarships. The "Downtown" Rotary Club awards scholarships to  attend the college or university of your choice.
