Many teachers have taught for many years. This is Miss Vickers’ eighth year teaching. It is her eighth year and her last year. ”I will always remember my first year teaching, teaching here during construction, and winning the Championship in basketball,” said Vickers.

Vickers currently, teaches Human Growth and Development and Physical Education, but that hasn’t always been the case. She has also taught Reading and Foods, which was a cooking class. Vickers attended Greene High School in Iowa. She also attended University of Northern Iowa and Montana University to get her degree in teaching.

Vickers is in her last year teaching. She is leaving to pursue a career in nursing. Vickers loved teaching. She had some challenging moments but she has a lot of great memories. Vickers plans on attending a nursing school and pursue a new career in the health field. ”I feel very sad to leave, but I’m excited to try something new,” said Vickers.
