Every year, McMillan has an annual Spring Dance. There may be some things the same, but most things are different. This year it was held on Friday, April 4, 2008. “It was all part of the CAT testing celebration,” said Dr. Bigsby, principal.

There was a lot of music, but more dancing. There was a lot of students dancing and enjoying the school dance. The songs were familiar to most students; along with some of the activities.

          The staff as well as the students participated in the dancing, there were many things to do. Bowling was one of the activities at the dance. “People should just dance and have fun,” said Lakeshia Kent, 8.
