Students have many places that they want to hang out at. That can include the mall, movies, school, or maybe even the park. Hang-outs are places where anyone can go to be alone or to be social. Getting out of the house always sounds fun, because everyone has to get away.

One of the reasons why hang-outs are important to children, teens, and adults is because without it life would be boring. Taylor Johnson, 8, said, “I like to go to the mall because I  can shop and eat all the Dairy Queen ice cream I want.”

“I like to go to be at basketball practice with all my homeboys and its just fun,” said Cha’Ron Thompson, 8.                         

When people are bored they can get out of the house and go to a favorite place. “What I like to do is be at the mall, see cute boys, and hang-out at the food court,” said Alexis Franklin, 8.

“I like to hang-out at the Westroads because they have good food and I like the cinnamon sticks” said Marquise Collins, 7. Bobby Lage, 7, also agreed.

 “My favorite place to be is the Boys & Girls Club because all of my friends are there and I can just talk to them whenever I want,” said Cameron Hollis, 7.
