The Hubinator
The Hubinator

Inspired by the positive attitude, Mr. Huber has been at the Mac since January and plans on using his experience here to fulfill his dream of being a science teacher. Even though, he's not a part of the Mac staff, he likes to help out around school. He assisted in the Science Bowl and Science Olympiad."I love to stay active, I like to play golf, lift weights, and run a lot in my spare time," said Huber.

He has no brothers or sisters, but he lives with his 160 lb. rottweiler in Millard, Nebraska. He was inspired to become a teacher by his high school science teacher, and he always had an interest in studying the human body. His plan for the future is to become a seventh and eighth grade science teacher. "I was never an A+ student, but I always tried my ahrdest and always participated," said Huber.

Recently, Huber has helped assist Ms. Washington's class for eighth grade science and will soon be taking over her class completely when Washington leaves for her promotion. Huber will be graduating in May from the University of Omaha Nebraska. He was inspired by his head football coach and his high school math teacher to become a teacher himself. "My math teacher was my inspiration becuase he told me things to the point and the way it really was," said Huber.
