Dollar General Literacy Foundation Award
Buffett has been awarded the Dollar General Literacy Foundation Award. This $5,000.00 award will be used to purchase leveled books for students. Buffett would like to extend a special "thank you" to Dollar General for this generous award.
Nebraska Department of Education's State of the School's Report
Buffett received a 98% overall performance index score on the NDE State of the Schools’ Report. This score reflects our students’ outstanding achievement in math, reading, and language arts at grades 5-8, and writing at 8th grade. Earning a 98% overall allows us to lead the OPS middle schools in achievement and most of our suburban middle schools as well. (click here to read the full announcement from Dr. Kehrberg.)
