About me...Orginally a Pennsylvania native I have been transplanted here in Nebraska since 1985 and truly think of it as home (except in the Fall when I miss  the colors of those gorgeous eastern sugar maples!).

I've been teaching now for twenty-two years and have enjoyed being with first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth graders. I have one daughter, Stephanie, who will be a junior at UNL this year-but is currently on tour for six months with the group Up With People. Please visit their website for information on this great program. My other "child" is a well fed and spoiled cat named Buddy. In my "free" time I enjoy singing and performing in musicals.
