Greetings Buffett students and families.  My name is Mr. Alati and it is my privledge to serve as an Assistant Principal and also as the Athletic Director.  My primary responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the Buffett Athletic program, adminstrative support for team 8A and management of building permits/facility usage.  I am pleased that our school has quickly established a strong reputation in academics and our athletic program continues to grow, achieving high levels of success in many sports.  Prior to joining the staff at Buffett I served in a variety of roles for the Omaha Public Schools.  These include: Principal (Bryan Middle), Assistant Principal & Dean of Students (Benson High), and Physical Education teacher/coach (Norris Middle and Lewis & Clark Middle).  I consider myself truly blessed to be a small part of the "Bobcat Nation" and look forward to many years of working with our staff, students and families at Buffett.
