It is my pride and pleasure to be the principal of Alice Buffett Magnet Middle School. I have held a variety of positions in the Omaha Public School District including: Middle School Art teacher, High School Social Studies teacher, Coordinator of Student Community Relations, and Director of Secondary Education. Of course the position that has been my personal favorite and the pinnacle of my career is being your building principal.

 What a once in a lifetime opportunity to start a school from scratch. Our inagural year was 2004 and prior to that I was able to work on the building design and chair our school's educational specifications commitee for the facility development. To be able to match the best practices from research with the passion for children was an incredible confluence of matching my background in curriculum, instruction and assessment with a love for youngsters.
