Radio broadcasting is designed to provide students with additional, unique hands on experiences developing, producing, performing and editing and airing a pre-recorded Buffett radio broadcast. Students taking this class will be required to perform all of the roles in a radio broadcast, including on-air personality, director, sound engineer, etc, and will be responsible for producing the morning announcements and dramas or documentaries that will be aired on a monthly radio show for Buffett. Students will write and edit scripts, create sound, and special effects to be incorporated into the radio productions. Students will be required to work independently and in small teams to produce commercials and PSAs.
