Physical Education class is designed to enhance the physical fitness level of each student through a variety of invigorating and educational units.  The students will be exposed to all of the sports skills at the middle level as well as additional skills that will enhance their current level of physical fitness.  Warm ups are dynamic movements that will prepare their body for movement.

Students will learn how to use Polar Heart Rate Monitors to assist them with the intensity of their workout during class.  They will also wear a pedometer during class to count their steps and encouraging movement during all class activities.

The students will be assessed on several levels, including cooperation, attitude, and participation.

Bring your smile and your shoes, and let's have a rockin' good time in P.E.
