Bryan Middle S-P-E-L-L-E-R-S Golden

On February 20, 2010, three Bryan Middle students attended the district level spelling bee at the TAC auditorium, all three making it to the oral round of competition. The bee began with 39 students, 21 of which made it to the oral round on the stage of the auditorium.

By the end of the bee one Bryan Bear remained, as seventh grader Jordan Parker placed second! After the bee Jordan commented, “I didn’t expect to get that far, but I was excited that I did.”

Bryan’s other two representatives were eighth graders Cesar Echevarria Mendez and Rachel Williams. Congratulations to all three students! Bryan Middle is proud of their great spellers!
