The City of Omaha is excited to begin its 65th year of Hummel Day Camp. Hummel is an outdoor nature-based day camp program for students who have completed 1st - 7th grade. This camp gives students the opportunity to experience a variety of outdoor activities in the nature rich Hummel Park. Activities are structured and include archery, hiking, nature identification, wilderness skills, crafts and so much more.
Camp dates are from June 2- August 8, 2014. The camp operates Monday-Thursday from 9 am - 4 pm and on Friday from 1 pm - 6:30 pm. The cost is $95.00. If students receive free or reduced lunch, the fee is $50.00. The school has financial assistance available to students who receive free and reduced lunch.
