PTSO (Parent-Teacher-Student Organization)

The Parent-Teacher-Student Organization exists to support the teachers, staff and students. It is a great way to be involved in your school's achievements. Our student' acoomplishments continue to grow each year along with the dedicated efforts of the faculty, staff and parent involvement. PTSO hopes to remain a key support to the success of our students during their era.

Meetings

Our monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM in the Principal's Conference Room.

PTSO Committee Information

After Prom - PTSO plans and provides the After Prom party. This is a fun way to provide your student with a safe activity After Prom.

Athletic Banquets - PTSO provides the table centerpieces and our volunteers serve drinks at the three bangquets during the school year.

Concessions (Two committees, one for football and one for basketball) - PTSO provides the food, drinks, and workers at all home football and basketball games.

Honors Night - PTSO provides refreshments. Our volunteers serve drinks and dessert in the Viking Center.

Membership - Volunteers sign-up members at the Freshman Orientation, Open House and the first Parent/Teacher Conference.

PTSO Scholarship - One of the eligibility requirements for this scholarship is that the student or family member must be a PTSO member for the last two years. Applications are available in the Guidance Resource Center.

Teacher Appreciation - PTSO provides "Thank You" breakfasts and baskets for our staff.
