Ms. Hetzel joined the North High staff in 2006, which marked her 20th year in the teaching profession. Before coming to North High, she taught at West Point Jr. Sr. High in West Point Nebraska. Ms. Hetzel is an active member of the National Science Teachers Association and was selected in 2001 as a participant in the NSTA Webwatcher Summer Institute in Arlington, Virgina.
