At Omaha North High Magnet School our mission is to prepare all students for success in life-long studies and careers. One way we work to achieve this mission is through our advisory program Viking Time. The goals of the Viking Time advisory program are…

To provide curriculum and information regarding guidance, registration, advisement, and academic achievement.
To provide students with opportunities to plan for their future through career exploration.
To encourage students to build confidence by discussing social issues leading to productive citizenship.
To provide the opportunity to have a meaningful relationship with an adult as well as a group of peers throughout their high school career.
