CLASS OF 2011 & 2012 LEADERS:

-Are you a leader who wants to make a difference? Are you willing to work to make this school a better, cooler place? If so, then student council is the place for you! Student Council is a wonderful organization full of motivated people and the resources to get your great idea into action!

-Not the visionary type? Student Council wants hard-working people who can help with a part in the production and all of the exciting events.

-As a member of Student Council you get to plan Homecoming which includes the dance, the parade and the Spirit Week leading up to it. You also get to plan the fall and spring dances and participate in fundraisers. The main fundraiser that Stu-Co puts on is a fantastic program called Make-a-Wish which raises money to grant the wish of terminally ill children all over the nation.

-In Stu-Co you get to interact with people in your school and in your state. We get this state-wide opportunity to meet other people through Nebraska's state convention that we in stu-co get to go to every year.

-Come and get your Freshman/Sophomore Selection papers from Mrs. Beck in room 311/314 OR with your English teacher. Then come to the meeting on September 11th after school in the library (located on the 2nd floor)
