Chess Club
Nebraska's largest chess tournament was held at Central High

Chess club meets every Tuesday in room 329 from 3:00 pm - 4:45 pm.
Sponsors: Mr. Thyden, Mr. Martin, Mr. Reed and Mr. Bouma.
The chess club is open to all levels of players. If you're interested in learning, there is always someone willing to teach.
The Chess Team finished the 2009 Season by placing 2nd in the Metro League, and winning the Nebraska State Championship.
