Welcome to the Physical Education Department. We are enthusiastically anticipating another great year of success and achievement in all aspects of our curriculum. Our Physical Education staff is committed to helping all our students as they progress through their high school years and into their adult futures. We strive to improve the self-image of each student. We present activities that result in improved muscular coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance. All students are taught to maintain a consistent work ethic, which will be beneficial through their lives. We present the opportunity to participate in and learn the rules of, many team sports and lifetime leisure activities.
