Raider Challenge is a Junior ROTC event that consists of physically and mentally challenging activities and leadership. A team is usually composed of 8 team members. Each Team member must train hard physically doing push-ups, sit-ups, pulll-ups, rope climb, mile run and a 6.2 mile run. Cadets must be able to tie 8 knots, understand the first aid steps, and be able to concentrate and think on their feet under extreme stress. This is an all-day activity. We plan on competing in April 2010 in Kansas.
