Burke Awareness Council (BAC)

The BAC is Burke's parent group that funds not only scholarships for graduating seniors, but also funds the purchase of classroom items.  We also host the after prom party and conduct many other projects.

BAC Current Projects/Events:
BAC’s Burke Bash/Bidfest Committee will hold an initial planning meeting on November 17 after the BAC meeting.  Co-Chair Sue Cox needs your input and help to organize this March 2010 dinner and silent/oral auction event which is BAC’s major annual fundraiser. Committee chairs are needed to work on specific parts of the fundraiser.

BAC will host a Holiday Luncheon for Burke Teachers and Staff on December 16. You can help by (1) volunteering to set up, serve, clean up, (2) baking holiday cookies (3) or underwriting a portion of the cost. Contact BAC Hospitality Committee Chair Kathy Herrera for more information.
