Burke Awareness Council (BAC)

The BAC is Burke's parent group that funds not only scholarships for graduating seniors, but also funds the purchase of classroom items.  We also host the after prom party and conduct many other projects.

Burke Bash Fundraiser

BAC’s Burke Bash annual fundraiser is almost here.  Please plan on attending.  The dinner and oral/silent auction will be Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 6:30 pm at the German American Society. If you  haven’t made your reservations, please contact Jana Hofeldt (djhofeldt@tconl.com) immediately.  BAC needs you to attend and bid in our silent and oral auctions.  You don’t want to miss these great items.

BAC Hospitality Committee & Bake Sale Committee Upcoming Events

BAC will serve dinner to Burke Teachers and Staff on Spring Parent Teacher Conference Day, Thursday March 4, 2010. You can help by (1) volunteering to set up, serve, and clean up, (2) baking desserts or (3) underwriting a portion of the cost.

Honor Roll Tea

Kathy Herrera  will soon be seeking volunteers  for the Sunday, April 18 Honor Roll Tea event.  She will need help to set up  and serve refreshments for this late afternoon function.
