The EXCELS Plus Process is the school improvement planning process utilized by all Omaha Public Schools. Annually, EXCELS Plus teams collaboratively engage in the systematic and systemic process of continuous school improvement through data analysis, action planning and implementation, professional development, and evaluation. The EXCELS Plus Process integrates best practice in school improvement into a document that clearly and concisely articulates the plan for school improvement to students, teachers, parents and community members.
Goal Summary:
- Bryan High School will continue to build relationships with students, families and community.
- Create a healthy school environment.
- Staff and students will maintain a positive, safe and secure learning environment where students thrive.
- All students will be provided the opportunity and support to graduate from High School in four years.
- All students will increase math skills across content areas.
- All students will increase reading skills across content areas.
