Block Scheduling

Block Scheduling

Bryan High has initiated a change in the way classes are scheduled. The traditional "period" of time has been replaced by a "block schedule." It is actually a restructuring of the amount of time spent in the classroom. Instead of standard 45 minute classes, Bryan has instituted a unique school day consisting of four blocks of time. Students have only four classes per day, and they can earn in eighteen weeks the same amount of credit that would have taken a year under the traditional approach.
