The varsity team steps on to the court as the game gets ready to start. Suddenly all attention turns to three girls that look extremely alike. The same goes for the school atmosphere, all eyes are on these three girls throughout the whole day.
A new addition has been made to Benson High this year, and they aren’t exactly the easiest thing to miss. Amanda, Brooke, and Sarah Jack are the triplets that usually walk through the halls hearing “Woah! Those girls look exactly alike!”.

“Sometimes I get kind of tired of it,” said Amanda. “It’s weird because you don’t know anyone at the school but they all know you.”
The girls are members of the class of 2013. They came from Morton Middle School where they were leaders on the volleyball team. Many different high schools looked at them and asked them to come be part of their team for this fall season, yet they still chose Benson as their team.
“We chose it because a lot of our old friends from middle school were going to come here,” said Brooke. “We also liked how the school was so small.”

The volleyball team has been getting to know them all summer, working with them, and helping them learn the ropes. Though, there greatest teammates still are each other. Many people may think that this would be hard to understand because usually siblings can be the hardest people to work with but that’s not the case here.
“I like it,” said Amanda. “I don’t think it would be as much fun without them plus it gives us our

bonding time every day.”
Also people assume thatworking with siblings is that they tend to argue most of the time. One might think that this would affect the girls’ playing and focus during games and practices if they are fighting, but the girls seem to have their own ways of working through those times.
“We don’t usually fight that much,” said Sarah. “If we do, it’s usually not very long and we’re back to normal by the time practice starts.”
The girls are expected to be a big addition to the team this year. They are most likely to be the key freshman in this year. The girls will not just stick out because of their appearances, but also because of their talent. They plan on going very far together.
“My dream is to play in college,” said Amanda. “And to do it all with my sisters.”
