This second year course requires students to work with the following concepts: departmental accounting, updating accounts by adjustment, inventory, corporate accounting and accounting control systems. This is a course that should be taken as a third year of accounting. It is offered as a dual credit option with Metro. It offers a balanced, comprehensive coverage of financial topics. The course content acquaints the student with the basic accounting cycle for service and merchandising businesses, concepts and principles, linkage between the journal entry and ledger accounts, internal control, and inventories.

Introduction to Digital Design 9-12
This course will introduce students to the technical tools and processes used in digital design. Students will be introduced to the design process model which includes typography, color, and imagery. In Information Technology Applications 1, students will explore emerging technologies as it applies to their success for high school, college, and career. The focus will be on the importance of digital citizenship, professional communication practices, advanced document processing, professionmal presemtations, and intermediate spreadsheet and database applications used personally and professionally.
In Information Technology Applications 2, Students will focus on skill development in advanced spreadsheet, database, integration of applications utilizing advanced features and exploring web technologies.
