Goal 1:  Students will accurately interpret written material and effectively communicate information in written form.

Goal 2:  Students will demonstrate accuracy, propriety, clarity, and effectiveness in receiving oral communication.  

Goal 3:  Students will analyze a problem, synthesize possible solutions and formulate decisions.
