Important Messages for Parents

As you might have heard on the radio, the LC is advertising the 2012-13 Open Enrollment forms on their website http://www.learningcommunityds.org.  This has sparked several emails and calls to this office from OPS parents who think that they are behind in the OPS process.  They are not. Please help us spread the word by posting this note on your websites and using it in any other parent communications.  DC is also sending this to all OPS schools.

School Selection for 2012
Communication regarding the School Selection Process for the 2012-2013 school year begins in November and will be delivered to families through school newsletters, postcards, and the Magnet Recruitment Letter.   The process of placement for the 2012-2013 begins in January.  Parents will be notified of results by April 1st.
