Welcome to the Rose Hill Health Office! 

Ms. Koehler, Rose Hill School Nurse, is available Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Mr. Stryker, Rose Hill Health Aide, is available everyday in the health office to help with bumps, bruises, and other student health needs. 

 AS A REMINDER: No medications are allowed at school without WRITTEN DOCTOR PERMISSION and SIGNED PARENT PERMISSION.  This includes TYLENOL, COUGH DROPS, and all other over the counter medications.  The Permission for Medication form is available at right for your convenience!  You may have this faxed to us at 554-8406. 

All students entering school for the first time (Kindergarten), out of state transfer students, and students entering 7th grade must have a school physical- the form is to the right for your convenience!  Take this form with you to the doctor.  If your student plans to play sports in middle school, take the Sports Physical Form with you to the doctor's appointment- this is required for participation.
